Strong knowledge of Retail origination and servicing line of business Good communication and interpersonal skills Escalation Handling identify training need and coordinate with client partner to minimize the gap Solving Process related queries and decision-making skills Should have good knowledge in MS Excel reporting activities Create Monthly Dashboard and SLA reports Perform Audits on transaction processed Analyze reports and data to identify and rectify defects Basic people & operations management Should be a team player and faster learner
