Lenskart is Hiring Fresher and Experienced candidates for below process:
Chat Process

ONLY COME ONCE FOR INTERVIEW PROCESS
Responsibilities:
Manage sales and service for lenskart in a timely manner
Follow communication scripts when handling different topics.
Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way.
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
Requirements :
Must Have Laptop/Desktop and Wifi .
Should be a graduate in any stream
Should be comfortable to travel/relocate to Gurgaon .
Must have good communication skills (Both English and Hindi)

SALARY UPTO 55K
