Ready to work in 24X7 Support
Should have good experience of Production support-Application/System Administrator Experience in managing Infrastructure on Cloud (Azure) - Azure cloud Administrator
Strong working knowledge of Linux / Windows server environments (Priority is Windows)
Experience in providing production application support for .NET, ASP, IIS, SQL; Windows based applications
Good working experience on IIS
Develop a deep understanding of applications and components in the system.
Automate Infrastructure/Application support operations
Develop high-quality technical content such as automation tools
Good working experience on scripting (Shell scripting / PowerShell / Bash / Ansible)
Good knowledge on SQL queries
Knowledge working experience on performance analysis/optimization tools Good communication skills (Written and Verbal)/ coordination skills
Knowledge on Incident Management, Problem Management and Crisis Management process; Resolve Incidents or issues discovered through tickets and Monitoring
Monitor the Service Environment (application and infrastructure), detect and build monitoring dashboard for events based on detection rules, and log events
Experience in Switch over / DR failover or failback process which includes checklist preparation of activities for Infra, DB and application.
