Skills:
In-depth knowledge of VOIP protocols H.323 and SIP (Architecture, Signaling and call flow).
- Administration and Maintenance of Avaya SBC
- Installation, configuration, and maintenance of Session Border Controller
- Creation of IP and SIP phone extensions and troubleshooting
- Installation of DS1 board and configuration of DS1 board.
- Changing the route for call flow as per customer requirement
- Configuring Network Regions, VDN, Vector programming for the customer requirement to route the call.
- Manage day-to-day client and internal service requests and documented all services performed
- Knowledge on IPSI, CLAN, MEDPRO and Media Gateways.
- Create VDN, Vector, Hunt groups, Different types of call routing using Partition/route tables
- Analyzing PCAP on Wireshark for Troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills required
- Willingness to work in 24/7 working environment.
