Job Description

Answer phones calls from clients and also respond to mails received from concerned member.
Maintaining and developing relationship with existing customers.
Co-ordination with the dealers and customers for proper supply of the requirement of products.
Arranging Dispatch for Material as per Customer requirement.
Making of Quotation, Challans, Bills and handling the day to day administrative work as per requirements.
Billing as per Dispatch of Materials.
Follows up for outstanding payment recovering from customers.
Deal with customer complaints or issues and resolve them in a timely manner
Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
Support other teams with various administrative tasks.
Must have good Typing speed.
