Job Description
The role will be based in Chennai. This will be for a contract role for a duration of 6 - 9months.

Here is a glimpse of what you will do :
- Administer and monitor the Flex GBS India employee engagement platform.
- Ideate and implement creative employee engagement campaigns and programs.
- Promote engagement and provide ongoing support to Employee Resource Group leaders to chalk employee engagement initiatives and use the platform efficiently.
- Provide weekly reports and insights to leadership.
- Collaborate with the lead HRBP and vendor to continuously evaluate and enhance the engagement platform.
Here is some of what you will need (required) :
- Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience in communications, marketing field or employee engagement
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- A results-driven and out-of-the-box thinker adept at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- Able to engage, influence and work closely with diverse stakeholders.
- Good knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media.
- Strong marketing comms and content writing experience.
Here are a few of our preferred experiences :
- Graduate or postgraduate in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, Marketing.
