Job Description

Screening and short listing resumes from various Job portals, social networking sites, references etc
Contacting candidates and taking their initial telephonic interview screening to check the soft skills, technical skills & fitment as per the mandate from the client.
Scheduling the candidates as per the client requirement.
Following up with the candidate until Joining.
Maintaining the database of all the candidates.
Building professional relationship with clients and candidates and enhance the network.
