Job Description

Manage, design, develop, create and maintain projects
Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings and other)
Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications
Carry out site visits and surveys.
Supervise the sites on regular basis and to encourage good practice within other members of the design team.
Assess potential risks, materials and material and labor costs
Should have excellent knowledge of architectural and materials.
Provide advice and suggestions to resolve problems
Monitor progress of projects
Produce reports in project status
Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials
Should have knowledge of electrical and plumbing detail drawings.
Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits
Ensuring projects run smoothly and structures are completed within budget and on time.
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,Civil or similar.
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
