We have urgent opening for SM, SSM, SBM - Agency

Location - Ahmedabad, Mumbai

Salary - Upto 4.5L + incentive + allowances

Job role:

1) Execution of sales strategy Increase market reach and penetration through market segmentation. Seek new customers and increase sales
2) Responsible for recruitment and management of Agents/IMs - Identify, recruit and manage Agents/IMs from the respective region
3) Train and motivate Agents/IMs to provide a better understanding of market/products
4) Monitor and review Agents/IMs performance. Help them achieve maximum business
5) Meet customer on a regular basis for achieving standards

Criteria:
Good communication skill required
Minimum 1 year required in agency
Should be localite
Team management skills required
