Desired Candidate Profile
Role and Responsibilities:Technical
- Responsible for Production of requests in a stipulated time with client worthy quality and meet the production targets
- Responsibly work, understand the process / procedures and ensure that the deadlines are met
- Create various MIS Reports by extracting data from customer database
- Operate in multiple processes like reporting, logistics, data management based on clients work instructions
- Ensure quality work and on-time delivery
- Achieve efficiency and utilization goals.
- Maintain confidentiality of all official and client information.
- Be a good team player
- Follow all SOP, work instructions maintained for every service lines and ensure quality work
- Be a good team player
- Adhere to applicable Information Security policies communicated by the Management or the ISMS team.
Functional Skills
- Ability to interpret work instructions and can understand customer requests
- High level of enthusiasm and a positive attitude to be able to handle changes in priorities and a project timeline that will vary between calm and intensely busy periods
- Time management skills and ability to juggle multiple deliverables
- Good written and verbal communication in business English at all levels internally and externally
- Ability to maintain professional demeanor under challenging situations
- Willingness to work in shifts and flexible for extended work hours
- Ability to adapt to any process changes in minimal time
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 0 -1 years of experience required Graduate or equivalent qualification required
- Knowledge of MS office (MS Word, Excel)
- Good written and verbal communication skill
- CTC- 20 K per month.
- shift- Rotational Shifts.
- Undergraduates can also apply.
