Job Description

We have a great opportunity for CAE Engineer with good experience in Hypermesh for a leading manufacturing Industry. 

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Meshing (Hyper mesh), Model building of aggregates of construction equipment, boundary
condition preparation.

2. Carry out CAE Analysis such as Linear static, Non-Linear, and Dynamic Analysis.

3. Recommendation on Design Optimization after carrying out FEA analysis.

4. Evaluate Structure & weld failure, considering boom, arm and bucket configurations.

5. Assist in Process Development (standardization and modeling practices such as node to
node connectivity/ surface to surface connectivity) for regular/ongoing FEA for Accuracy, and
reducing CAE lead time.

6. Similar Product bench-marking and acceptable criteria determination based on HD
applications/ weld or structural components.
