Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager, Order Management Export

In this role, the Export Order Management Team Leader has the direct management responsibility for planning, organizing, controlling, and coordinating the plan to cash function for assigned supply chain accounts.


Responsibilities

Provide strategic and tactical leadership for the CSCs, focusing on growing volume and revenue while delivering superior customer service while building collaborative business relationships with all key business partners and ensure effective alignment with Customers exists at all levels.
Provide inspiration and leadership to teams to achieve superior business results. Areas of focus include supply chain efficiencies, service levels, productivity, quality management, sales support, and customer support.
Communicate our clients supply chain programs, objectives, and expectations to local team and Sales teams. Provide timely and significant business assessments to management.
Understand and have a working knowledge of all ERP systems that the team has primary accountability for utilizing. Maintain customer and industry expertise to optimally lead account planning.
Apply coaching skills to ensure a successful, positive team environment and ensure team adherence to all policy and procedures. Provide leadership to team to achieve goals. Provide ongoing feedback regarding progress made against goals.
Successfully utilize all cross-functional resources to ensure optimum service to business partners.
Provides single point accountability and liaison to leadership for all issues across Export Zones and activities
Leads critical issue issues across Warehouse and Transportation for each Zone and works to improve overall processes.
Assists Customer Service Manager by coordinating efforts with the customer service team to provide analytics for the supply chain team to identify drivers and trends of various issues across the supply chain.


Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
College degree with relevant business experience in Customer Service Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, or related functions. with additional functional knowledge of the credit, collection, and deduction processes
Must demonstrate a high level of managerial ability, including analytical problem-solving skills, planning/decision-making abilities.

Export Operations Experience
Ability to maintain focus on key business opportunities and apply necessary resources to accomplish objectives.
Through coaching skills and actions, motivates the team to accomplish goals.
Actively pursue and manages relationships beyond natural work team to identify personal and situational opportunities.
Demonstrates working smart to accomplish assignments. Provides ongoing feedback and works with employees to develop and execute impactful development plans. Jointly identifies and execute developmental moves.

Acting as a leader of teams provides clear direction on roles and responsibilities and is a valuable contributor to cross-functional teams
Demonstrates a perspective and knowledge base that spans cross-functional areas. Thorough understanding of Customer Service and Sales Organization, strategies, and policies. Constantly searching for standard methodologies. View challenges and changes as positive opportunities and leads to implementing changes.
