We are inviting applications for the role of Manager, Okta Admin

Responsibilities
Implement and support Oktas cloud technologies.
Experience new application integrations and environment upgrades to SSO operations.
Experience with identity management, provisioning, user lifecycle operations, federation , and on - premise integrations
Experience in configuring High Availability solutions (e.g. load balancing, failover, etc.)
Experience with managing Okta Mastered Users, Application with Single Sign - On (SSO) and application provisioning.
Experience with Integrating Okta with Active Directory Mastered Users and LDAP Master users.
Transition new and existing applications into Okta SSO and federation services, enhancing web access management & directory service environments.
Perform development and configuration for integrating applications with Okta for SSO and federation services.
Ensure the uptime, and proper maintenance of the SSO platform, with the support of the engineers and developers.
Support technical integration needs (design and development) that facilitate connectivity between SSO, directory, and provisioning tools.
Coordinate with Infrastructure, Engineering, Architecture, Information Security etc.
Expert level of understanding and manage how the Tools / DevOps tools work well with the host operating system. Troubleshooting skills.
Complete Knowledge of containerization technologies like docker and how to use it in CI/CD
Focus on establishing self-service practices for the development teams supported.
Collaborate with development teams to build and develop standards of the toolset.
Provide day to day administration and support & troubleshooting of the DevOps toolset.
Software development / Automation experience. Automation/scripting languages (Must)
Proven experience working as SCM Tools Admin
Establish and maintain detailed documentation of your work; assist with review of technical specifications documentation
Ability to work independently and willing to learn new tools & technologies.
Outstanding drive, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and to immediately supply in a team environment
Ability to Drive conf calls to answer questions, provide support to the teams globally, train teams 1-1 or small group settings as needed on tool usage.
Work across businesses and drive improvement initiatives identify easy opportunities, assimilate standard methodologies and help speed up implementation of the same in accounts.
Superb communication, presentation and analytical skills.
Must have a customer service demeanor
Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Experience with any source control tools (TFS, SVN, Gitlab, etc.)
Experience using Tools - DevOps tools that support software development (ex: Jenkins, Sonar, Colloborator, Coverity, Perforce etc.)
Experience performing administrative tasks in different platforms a plus: Windows or Unix/Linux.
Automation Experience in writing scripts like bash / CSH/ Perl / Python / PowerShell / Javascript
Preferred Qualifications
Flexibility (Willingness to Change) - Adapts efficiently to changing plans and priorities - Is open and flexible when faced with changing circumstances
Proficient knowledge in test automation in evaluating the tools and feasibility study
