Role: US Travel Support

Location: Gurgaon

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of gds (Amadeus and sabre)
2. Good knowledge of Airfare
3. Good Knowledge of north America market
4. Strong Problem solving skill
5. Excellent Communication skill
6. Strong Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
7. Regularly Maintain a good relationship with our customers
8. Meeting monthly performance metrics
9. Candidates should be flexible for 24*7 working environment

Desired Skills:

1. Excellent Communication skills
2. Any Graduate/ Under Graduates
3. Should have US Travel Sales Experience
4. Good Selling and Customer Service Skills
5. Should have zeal to Perform
6. Willing to work 24*7
7. Will provide Cab Allowances (no cab)
8. Working Hours: 8 hours+ 30 mins+ 30 mins
9. Working days: 5.5 days working (Alternate Saturday)
10. Shift Timing : 7 PM to 4 AM (9 hours)
11. Salary Date 7th of the month
Salary Range: 25k 30k
