Inviting applications for the role of Senior Principal Consultant SAP BI/SAC
Responsibilities
- The resource will participate in the requirement and design discussions.
- Work on requirement analysis, data analysis, modelling, and extraction of data from various sources.
- Analyse overall HANA performance and provides recommendations and guidance on data model optimization
- Analyse required functionality and implement customizations to platforms or develop custom solutions as per the business requirements.
- Collaborates with team members to understand business requirements and create technical specifications outlining the specific enhancement or functionality required.
- Prepare estimations, status updates, and handle issues to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
- Prepares and maintains user documentation.
- Must have strong hands-on knowledge and experience of ABAP coding (BW specific), SAP BW HANA Data Modelling, Data Extraction, Designing data flows.
- Must have hands-on knowledge of eclipse based BW modelling.
- Knowledge of data extraction from S/4 HANA through ABAP CDS views
- Experience in ODP extraction for standard data sources based on CDS views and HANA information views.
- Experience in data provisioning tool SLT and ODQ based replication.
- Experience on composite providers, ADSO, and other HANA enabled objects like Open ODS views, etc.
- Knowledge of data integration tools like SDA (Smart Data Access), SDI (Smart Data Integration).
- Solid experience in reporting with SAP BW info providers such as Info objects, composite providers, and Sophisticated DSO.
- Experience in Native HANA modelling, SQL, and Procedures.
- Experience in Business objects reporting on BEx queries and BW info providers.
- Craft and develop dashboard reports.
- Should be able to guide and mentor team members
- Should be able to lead the small stream of 2 to 3 team members and accountable for a project delivered.
