Key focus areas for the DAG include maturing enterprise data governance, leveraging core (master) data management, establishing an enterprise data foundation, and delivering strategic data assets and insights. We are seeking a passionate systems analyst to focus on designing Enterprise Master Data systems (SAP MDG) that are appropriate for users needs and consistent with the overall design of the organization's information systems architecture including: Collecting and analyzing information from system users to formulate the scope and objectives of the system Preparing flow charts, models, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions Estimating the costs of system solutions and preparing project plans to provide input into decisions about prioritizing projects and allocating IT resources Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system Leverages agile methodology to design and configure solutions Works closely with business to develop required training, change management and operations process Develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, and plan and coordinate testing of the newly developed or enhanced applications and provide support Looks for opportunities to automate business process with technology, and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology 5+ years of proven working experience as a Systems Analyst and/or functional consultant on SAP MDG, SAP ECC or similar enterprise core (master) data systems 5+ years of experience in the following areas: SAP master data/integration (RFCs, BAPIs,..) related experience Should have good knowledge on ABAP OO concepts. Should be able to create custom reports/Programs to do a mass load into custom tables. Should have good knowledge on Solution manager. Participation in 1-2 large information transformation engagements Good understanding of SAP MDG, SAP ECC MDG data modeling, UI modeling, Process Modeling, Business Workflow (Both standard and rule based). Presenting technical or new concepts across multiple levels of a global organization Managing or executing data cleansing, data mapping, and data governance areas, preferably in an SAP environment as well as integration across complex ERP landscapes Assisting in developing, normalizing, and maintaining data standards and definitions Interfacing SAP with legacy systems Working with and collaborate with all IT and biz teams toward developing a best practice data creation, maintenance, governance, quality and efficiencies Developing processes, tools and integration for Core (Master) Data Processes, including data cleansing and data validation. Mapping of Core (Master) data and integration from the legacy environment to the target environment Configuring and managing MDG entities for one or more master data domain (MM, Finance, Business partners, etc) and/or custom object implementation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience of SAP MDG S4, BO/DS, Fiori, PI/PO, etc Experience working with offshore/remote teams Experience with implementing an S4/HANA and/or a multi-tiered SAP environment Good to have exposure on HANA modeling Behavioral traits desired: Strong communication skills. Position will require direct interaction with business stakeholders and business analysts. Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy Work as team with global teams Deal with ambiguous environments Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.Inside this Business Group
