Academic : BE/MCA/M.Sc. Computers
Total IT Experience 3+ years
Hands on Core Java, J2EE, Spring, Shell Script, Hibernate(preferable)
Strong Database skills Sybase(preferable)
Experience Developing Web Applications using Spring/other latest UI framework
Good Understanding of Design Patterns
Experience of delivery through SDLC
Multitasking - Able to handle more than 1 project
Good Team Player. Ability to effectively collaborate with geographically scattered team
Good communication skills
