Location- Pan India1) Should have Strong analytical and logical abilities 2) Should have Experience & Knowledge into domestic IT hiring industry. 3) Should have Experience & Knowledge about Portals & Other Social Media. (Linkedin/ FB/ Instagram) 4) Should have Knowledge about Technical Skills & Recruitment Process. (Sourcing).
5) Should be aware of Boolean Search
Would be responsible for technical recruitment process (
Domestic Contract hire) positions Responsible to understand and analyse the requirements in different technical skill set categories.
Should Have own Laptop/ Desktop with Net Connectivity
Profile of a desirable candidate Excellent communication skills Should have strong knowledge on end to end recruitment.
Requirements Partnering with Sourcing and Screening to determine staffing needs
Understand & Research on JD & Company in all aspects before initialing Interview Process
Read & Understand Candidate Resume before making call
Validate Candidate Resume against Job Profile
Educate candidate, if req, to make proper resume
Present Updated Resume as per process to Screener
Taking care of candidate coordination for further Selections process till Onboarding
Taking care of Mass mail, Job Posting / Republish, Zoho Recruit Update as required
Maintain Communication with respective stakeholders
Responsible in managing Candidate engagement in entire process
