Key Responsibilities:- Develop ecommerce strategies to meet revenue and growth targets for Laboratory Chemical business
- Business Owner for the India Chemicals Website
- Drive website digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, digital sales goals and strategizing campaigns
- Manage product promotion & sales, marketing strategy and tactics to drive revenue from website.
- Conduct online marketing initiatives, such as SEM, Paid Ad, sponsorship programs, email promotions and viral marketing campaigns on social media Web sites
- Monitoring customer's journey throughout the digital shopping experience and analyzing buying behavior
- Customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Plan and Monitor website content creation.
- Ensure seamless operation of the website from customers perspective. Monitor content management system (CMS) and making sure that user interface functions seamlessly
- Monitor and manage SKUs, ensures that all the product listings are displayed properly, verifying discount code functionality, and assessing load speed - Work closely with Global Team, India PMT and IT team to upload new SKUs
- Collect and analyze Website performance metrics, such as visits, time on site, page views per visit, transaction volume and revenue, traffic mix, click-through rates, conversion rates.
- Should collaborate with the inventory management team to ensure that the website inventory details are in place and well aligned,
- Work Closely with IT team for website performance and updates.
- Work with the regional sales team and drive customer on boarding, registrations and web lead management
- Own Business Review reporting for the website performance and revenue in collaboration with Marketing and Finance teams
Education & Skills required:- B.Sc./M.Sc. graduate. MBA would be added advantage
- Ability to manage complexities and problem solving
- Analyzing Data or Information and correspond decision making
- Serves as a consultant to customers, product and sales teams
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Is a self-starter and drives actions with passion
- Digital background is essential with e-commerce/digital sales experience
- Ability to collaborate & Lead projects with cross functional leadership groups.
