Sieze the Moment !! Greetings from Tech Mahindra !! We are currently hiring for Service Desk Analyst Designation - Incident Management for Mumbai location- Malad

Eligibility Criteria for Incident Management:
Incident Management team,Incident Manager, Major Incident Manager
P1, P2, Critical Ticket, High Ticket
Incident Lead, Incident Communication
ITSM, IT Service Management.
RCA, Root Cause Analysis

- Good Communication Skills
- Should be comfortable with rotational shifts(24*7) & taking calls.
- Age should be between 18 Years to 40 Years

Transport Boundaries are as follows, if you are willing to relocate only then you can aply for the job:
Western line : Churchgate - Virar
Central line : CSMT - Thane
Harbour line : CSMT Vashi

Job Location: Malad (West), Mumbai 400 064
