B.tech Freshers Hiring @ olestar

Compensation will be-
CTC - 3,47,000 INR (Fixed salary - 3,10,000 ; Variable - 31,000 ; Insurance - 6,000)

*6 months of internship period from date of joining in which stipend of 12,000INR will be paid

Service Agreement - 2 years with a payback clause of 2,00,000 rupees
Minimum commitment of 2 years of service agreement from Date of Joining
1. Cheque of Rs. 2,00,000 towards service agreement to be given at the time of joining which will not be encashed.
2. The cheque towards service agreement will only be kept as a security document and will not be encashed. An undertaking will be given towards the same.

Role:
Design & develop data warehouse
Interact with the client to understand requirements
Design & develop dashboards & reports

Pre-requisites Needed:
Analytical bent of mind
Strong foundation in mathematics and statistics
Conceptual knowledge of database
Conceptual knowledge of data structures
Good communication skills
Self driven and motivated
