Job Description
- Tech-obsessed, start-up hungry, perform under pressure and time constraints, eager to make a big impact by building a global product, happy to work on a small team with high responsibility
- Know at least one dynamic language like PHP, Python, Ruby
- Understand end-user requirements, formulate use cases, and come up with effective solutions
- Good understanding of REST APIs and the web in general
- Built and published backend architecture systems before
- Excellent data structure & algorithm and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge in DevOps
Bonus if you have:
- Good Understanding of AWS/GCP
- Full-stack knowledge
- Prior start-up experience
- 2.5-5 years of industry experience (product/start-up preferred) with a focus on backend development
- Degree requirement: Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field. Candidates from IIT, NIT, and other reputed institutes.
What do we expect you to do
- Help us develop and scale our platform infrastructure to get every blue-collar Indian to participate.
- Be involved and drive product & design discussions
- Deliver reliable solutions that handle massive data and high traffic.
- Take initiative and work with minimal supervision while also reporting on deliverables and results
- Understand the responsive design and write high-performance and reusable code
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
