Job Description

Develops and documents an initial plan of care
Modifies daily plan of care
Writes daily progress notes
Obtain and document informed consent
Order appropriate referrals
Order appropriate investigations
Interpret laboratory & radiology results
Orders transfusions of blood and blood products
Order appropriate medication and other orders
Prepare an appropriate discharge summary Clinical Non-invasive Management:
Perform digital rectal examination
Perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation
Orders, adjust artificial feeding modalities*
Does dressing of the wound
Assesses for progress & effectiveness of treatment
Monitor clinical status on a day to day basis
Responds to the patient calls and provide the required medical care*
