Job Description

Job Description-

1. Master updation of client details
2. Collection of contract notes, record maintenance, scanning and printing, couriers dispatching etc.
3. Reporting of transactions (secondary, primary & inward) - manual, uploading.
4. Reports generation - ASCII, TR, TDS covering, CGC, warn & breach limit, TTUM. HSL holding etc.
5. Transaction register checking (manual entries only) - Secondary, primary & inward
6. Monitoring and updation of Banned/Caution list of companies
7. Permission closure of out warded client.
8. Resolution of complex pending cases, issuing CGC & TDS covering for these cases.
9. Carrying out reconciliation of master data & D-mat statement
Qualification:

Experience -

B.Com graduate fresher or with minimum 1 to 2 years experience in KPO (financial services) industry
Knowledge of excel, well aware with stock market related terms.
V lookup, Pivot, Macros and knowledge of FPI ,PMS, mutual fund operations, software testing would be added advantage.
