Providing Technical support to our Customers network is key to this role. Responsible for helping clients install, repair, and maintain equipment. They are responsible for showing customers how to use their equipment. ... They also have to create reports of the customer service calls..It also includes on-site application support and training of medical professionals in hospitals (ORs) together with territory managers from our distributors. Our new product and application specialist will also be involved in marketing activities, e.g organizing conference participation/exhibition and the annual distributor seminar. You will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager.
Duties and responsibilities
Educate and train Customers in the proper use of our products
Train medical professionals in the most appropriate use of our products
Support our Customers with product and clinical information
Conduct video training sessions for Customers.
Prepare Customers Data to support sales activities
Monitor customer installations of IGene Labserve products within assigned territory/region to improve customer satisfaction and maintain customer relationships.
Use market and product knowledge to assist sales team in developing sales, marketing and customer service strategies.
QC Experience Must be Required.
Spectrophotometer Exp. Must Be Required and Analytical Instruments
Must be Willing to travel 40% to 60%.
