About Toothsi:
Toothsi is a new age startup in the healthcare and cosmetics space providing smile correction services at home. Toothsiutilizes revolutionary Clear Aligner technology to make teeth straightening hassle-free andaffordable. A desirous patient can have access to a superior quality, transparent and convenient alternative to conventional braces treatment at home. We are a well-funded (9 million USD) andrapidly growing startup operating in Mumbai, Bengaluru, Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ahmedabadand Chandigarh and gearing up to establish Pan-India and International presence.
Roles and Responsibilities
- A regional head is responsible for establishing micro-market strategy, processes and a multi tiered team to increase market penetration and business growth
- Responsibility of end-to-end P&L of the region to ensure profitable growth of business
- Hiring and managing state and city teams to increase presence in tier 1 and 2 cities
- Planning and executing annual, quarterly, and monthly sales plans
- Developing and managing an omni-channel sales distribution model to ensure reach
- Proactive work in collaboration with Product, marketing, and customer experience to help develop internal processes as we scale
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Entrepreneurial inclination with an eye for scaling operations. D2C work experience preferred
- Experience in leading multi-tiered team and the ability to work in a high growth environment
- Analytical mindset with a data driven and first principle problem solving approach
- 5-8 yrs. of overall experience
- Good analytical & problem-solving Skills
- Full time MBAs from Tier I or II preferred
