- Key Responsibilities : 1 Knowledge of configurations / setups / processes of PeopleSoft-HCM-HR Payroll North America 2 Knowledge of General Oracle-Human Capital Mgmt fundamental concepts / business processes 3 Should be able to understand business requirements draft functional design and provide functional solution 4 Should be able to perform fit/gap analysis and determine customization required 5 Should have experience in new design modifications / medium to complex customization Online pages
- Technical Experience : 1 PeopleSoft PeopleTools, PeopleSoft Administration 2 PeopleSoft upgrade, App Designer, People Code 3 App Engine, Integration Broker, PS/Query, Bi Publisher, Excel to CI 4 Good to have Oracle Cloud Infrastructure knowledge 5 High level experience / good knowledge of PeopleSoft-HCM-HR Time Labor, PeopleSoft-Human Capital Mgmt, PeopleSoft-HCM-HR Payroll, PeopleSoft-HCM-Absence Management 6 Sound understanding of end to end Business Process flows and transactions along with configurations for
