Job Purpose and Impact The Supply Chain Data Product Line Manager, as a member of the Cargill Data Function, will independently oversee and handle the delivery of trusted data for strategic supply chain initiatives, serving as the liaison among Agile/Scrum teams and business product owners to build a deep understanding for the needs of our businesses, our product teams, and our data assets. We seek a professional with exceptional interpersonal skills and strategic vision for the global and cross-enterprise Supply Chain data product line, who can align priorities across the product backlogs based on value cases and dependencies, determine how we organize our product teams within the Supply Chain domain, and manage funding limitations and procedures while helping product owners achieve their visions. Key Accountabilities
Independently identify and resolve obstacles to completing feature requests.
Adhere to internal and external quality standards.
Monitor and report on the status of products including cost, timing and staffing.
Collaborate with and influence product owners, product teams and other stakeholders to align on priorities across the product line manages scrum of scrums where needed.
Provide expert thought leadership inthe develop of supply chain data productswith limited direction by applying systems thinking methodology as well as individual research and interpretation. This position willprovide direction to supporting team members and be a strategic contributor.

Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
Experience defining and producing data products for complex, global organizations
Minimum of six years of related work experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience leading Agile product teams (Scrum / Kanban)
Demonstrated supply chain acumen
Skilled in techniques to identify stakeholder needs, negotiate priorities between stakeholder interests, and collaborate to ensure effective implementation of requirements.
