Job Description

Sales and Marketing Executive Role Professional with 2-3 years of relevant experience
This role will hold responsibility for Sales and marketing activities. Marketing responsibility includes creating marketing content, running offline, digital and social-media campaigns, participating in networking meets, building contacts and actively engaging in activities that increase market awareness of the organisation and our service offerings. The marketing role also involves assessment of the competitive landscape for each service offering, understanding customer expectations and working with the internal execution teams to align service offerings to meet customer expectations. Sales responsibility includes generation, tracking and conversion of leads to serviceable engagement, actively tracking engagement execution, coordinating client facing discussions and ensuring client satisfaction.
What will you be doing
Marketing:
Understand the service offerings and create marketing content for the organisation and various service offerings using MS Office and Digital Marketing tools
Identify networking opportunities and participate in high-impact meets by actively representing the organisation and creating awareness and generating leads and interest among co-participants
Initiate and run marketing campaigns both offline and online, actively manage social media presence of the organisation and increase market awareness
Obtain market feedback on the service offerings with a view to aligning the offerings to maximise value for the organisation and clients
Assess competitive landscape and provide actionable insights supported by data to assist management make key operational decisions
Sales:
Generate leads by utilising various out-reach platforms (both offline and online), keep the leads warm and convert them into service engagements
Track active engagements through the execution process and trouble-shoot issues between clients and execution teams
Design and implement a feedback mechanism to obtain feedback on client service and work on actionable opportunities notified by client for improvement
In addition, you will also be responsible to play an execution role offering marketing and sales support for clients with whom marketing and sales services contracted for with clients.
In addition, you will take up specific projects / initiatives as assigned from time to time.
What were looking for
Marketing and Sales professional with 2-3 years of relevant experience
M.B.A. Marketing / equivalent qualification from a reputed College / B-School
Deep Knowledge of Marketing & Sales concepts and methods
Ability to create quality content in great speed
Self-driven, High on EQ, Execution focussed individual with active learning aptitude
Good Financial acumen, ability to understand financial services and convert into value-prop
Good language and communication skills both oral and written
Must be fluent in English and one more language, fluency in a third language will be an advantage
Ability to build trust with clients as a go-to person to resolve their issues and high levels of commitment to meet service level expectations
Excellent planning and organising skills to keep track of activities and lead status and follow-up seamlessly and sensitively
Ability to partner with internal teams to get work done
A quick learner with a track record of being actively learning / acquiring knowledge, skills and attitude
Excellent MS-Office skills (especially Word and Power-point)
