Job Description
The candidate would be responsible for growing the Online Presence of a well known retail chain. The candidate would be responsible for the entire P&L of the digital channel - Sales generation, Marketing Spends, Strategic Alliances and Brand Development
The Ideal Candidate should
Be well versed with Online Marketing - Campaign creation, SEO, SEM as well as marketing Analytics and performance measuring tools
Work with new and existing brands partners to grow revenue
Be well versed with CRM tools and drive strategy to get repeat customer growth
Create Strategic Alliances to boost revenue growth
Be able to work with an IT Team to improve the customer buying experience
Be able to hire and Manage a team
Be able to work with the Existing Offline retail team in a harmonious manner

Knowledge of Inventory Management & SCM
Knowledge of Consumer Durables / Electronics
