Description Analyst - HR Job description Responsible for developing, implementing and testing HR process automation and ensures that HR tools & ERP provide positive end user experience. Also responsible for HR Administration and workflow management through ERP and tracking SLA adherence of key processes. Supporting HR Technology Lead in organization wide projects to drive efficiency, compliance and process effectiveness. At least 2-4 years in HR with Technology domain exposure Experience in HR ERP implementation like Workday, SAP etc. is preferred
