Exp - 1.5+ years

GRADUATION IS MANDATORY OR 3 YEARS DIPLOMA

Roles & Responsibility

Mandatory Requirement

1. Good Communication.
2. Ready to work in 24*7 support.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Confident to handle assign responsibility.

Roles & Responsibility

Should be able to give Tier - 1 Support on chats, should be able to
work on different Applications and Troubleshoot the issue based on
the error.

Required Skills

Good hands-on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of
Linux Operating systems.
Good understanding of Backup, Recovery, Restore
Normal Application-level installation and troubleshooting.
Basic Understanding of Networking.
Good communication skills (written and Verbal for Chats)
Any Windows certification would be an added advantage.
