Job Description - Looking to hire a Director of Engineer for one of the fastest growing digital media brands in India. Should be hands on with Java, Spring boot, Hibernate and Micro-services. People management experience would be good to have

Description :
- End to end ownership of development and operations of high performance web and mobile applications.
- Architect and scale engineering platforms to reduce technical debts and improve performance and agility.
- Build best in class data/machine learned algorithms and platforms for solving and enhancing marketplace dynamicity.
- Foster culture of innovation and fast execution, leading by example and hands-on execution.
- Interface with business to define requirements, deliverable, and provide the necessary engineering expertise & support to ensure on-time delivery of product - Foster a quality-focused development culture while leading/managing a team of engineers, data analysts and QA. -Lead the talent management effort for Technology, including hiring, developing, training and retaining a best in class teamProfile :
- 10+ years of experience - Must have strong hands on experience on the Java stack (includes spring boot and hibernate) with architecture - Decent exposure to Javascript, Angular and AWS - Experience working with B2B/B2C product companies - Strong system design and architecture experience - Experience managing engineering teams is good to have
