Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

1] Asian chefs - prepare, cook and present food for a number of Asian cuisines including but not limited to Indian, Chinese, Malaysian, Vietnamese, Japanese, Thai cuisines, etc. Asian chefs work in restaurants, hotels, catering companies, clubs, cafes, and other food preparation businesses.

2] Commercial Cookery Chef - Commercial chefs prepare, cook and present food in a commercial kitchen for a number of different cuisines

preparing and ensuring the quality of a number of different dishes. Prepare all types of foods from appetizers to main dishes and desserts. implement and monitor food safety guidelines and workplace health and safety (WHS) practices
