Job Description

Coordinating with client for New Purchase Order

Coordinating with Various Dealers for Car status after getting the Purchase order released from client

Updating the availability status of car to our Centralized team

Arranging for the engine & chassis number of the car if it is available at dealership & updating the expected date of delivery in the portal

Arranging for the RTO papers stamped & signed from Client.

Delivering Stamped & Signed RTO papers to the dealer for the registration

Coordinating with the dealer for the registration of the car

ensuring the delivery of the car on or before the scheduled expected date of delivery

Updating client for each and every case

resolving the queries for various dealers related to the RTO papers and other documentation part
