Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

-Experience in a UNIX-based large-scale systems engineering role.
- Experience with Python, Flask, SQLAlchemy, and other frameworks
- Experience in troubleshooting UNIX/Linux and experience with debugging tools.
Experience with any systems conguration management Puppet, Chef, CFEngine
Experience working at scale with thousands of systems in a DevOps/SRE role
Preferred Qualications:
- Hands on experience in maintenance Large scale DNS & email infrastructure
- Experience with CLI tools, and libs/modules

- In-depth understanding of Linux OS/Kernel and Systems fundamentals
- Design, support tools, web apps used as part of Infrastructure Tooling & Automation
- automation tools to support growing infrastructure and provide reporting and APIs for various applications used at LinkedIn.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with core infrastructure services
- - Be third level escalation for Systems Infrastructure & Operation team supporting 12X7 production network.
- - Audit software for potential security and performance problems
- Architect and develop conguration management policies
