Responsible for leading a team of M.Rs to achieve Sales targets.To handle Sales Promotion activities. Sales Planning & analysis. Relationship Management & Team Building. Candidate should be able to achieve the targets. Maximum output / productivity from the team members. Excellent managerial skills to guide/ motivate the sales team to be effective & productive. Good Communication skills & competitors' products knowledge Work Experience: 5- 10 years Annual CTC: 5 to 6.5 Lacs (plus DA TA Quarterly incentives) Industry: Pharma / Biotech / Clinical Research Qualification: B. Pharma, B.sc background preferably. Candidate Profile: Candidate should be young & energetic.
