Job Description

We have opening for Freelance Recruiter- work from Home - commission basis only

NOTE: WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO CAN WORK MIN FOUR HOURS ON DAILY BASIS, IF ITS POSSIBLE, THEN ONLY APPLY.

Some of the Terms and Conditions:

Its purely commission based job (2.5% for each hiring )
We don't Charge any money from Candidate, so incase you charge any money from candidates, we are not responsible for that.
We will provide the data for calling
Payment will be cleared within 45 Days
Candidate left within 60 days, free replacement need to give, if in case commission already paid. or the amount will be adjusted with pending payment

How it Works:

We will provide the Data for Calling along with the Job Description
Need to call the candidates from the data and get the updated cv from the candidates with the details asked for
Consultant will be point of contact with candidates till end and we will be the point of contact with client till end
Feedback will be passed from our consultancy to consultants

Consultant Commission Per Hiring :

For Example :

Salary : 20000 Per Month
Annual Salary : 2,40,000
2.5% of 240000 : 6000 Commission on per hiring

Payment:

After 30 days from the joining of the candidates, we will raise the invoice and in 30 to 45 days we get the payment from client, same time we paid to the consultant
