PhD/ Masters/Bachelors in relevant disciplines
Experience: Overall 8+ years of industry experience with 4+ years of Project management experience
Domain: Discovery biology/ Discovery Chemistry/ Biologics/ Chemical development/ Integrated Drug Discovery

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure effective initiation by creating a charter bringing appropriate set of stakeholders together and by completing system requirements for initiation
Prepare planning documents including schedule and secure requisite approvals
Ensure effective execution
Ensure right level of control through effective use of governance frameworks and established escalation mechanisms
Apply project management principles to ensure on time and in full deliveries
Proactive risk-identification escalation and mitigation
Enable resolution of issues in a timely manner
