Job Description:

Manage broad aspects of the redevelopment process for Projects.
Should be able to identify and pitch societies for redevelopment
Should be able to do the calculation for Costings in redevelopment (MCGM & other costs etc.)
Coordination with Architects, Contractor, Engineers, Consultants, & Marketing team.
Should be able to conduct meetings with societies
Taking care of Land acquisition, planning, approvals, project due diligence and scheduling, client management, project budgeting/underwriting and project reporting.
Develop and monitor project schedules and milestones

Desired Candidate:

Preferred Candidates to have 7+ years of experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Must be organized and meticulous with a proactive and collaborative approach to completing projects and meeting deadlines
Real Estate background MUST
CTC 12 Lacs+ p.a
