We are recruiting for an Associate Consultant / Consultant in the Supply Chain & Operations Team. In this team, your responsibilities will include but wont be limited to:
Work as an independent contributor to drive supply chain optimization and implementation projects for our
clients
Prior experience in at least two out of four is a must
1. Supply Chain Planning (Demand and Supply planning)
2. Optimization (Network, Inventory and Warehouse optimization)
3. Supply Chain Strategy (Operation Model)
4. Supply Chain Analytics (Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau)
Technical expertise on combination of a database and a scripting language from the below skillsets is a must
1. Oracle Sql, Pl/Sql
2. SQL Server
3. Core Java, Hibernate, JSON, RestAPI, Spring Boot, Struts
4. Unix Shell Scripting
5. Windows batch scripting
6. Python
7. R programming
Understanding of integration, data migration and file transfer
Understanding of job scheduling and exposure of working with job schedulers preferably control-M and cronjob
Knowledge of XML, Groovy is an added advantage
Experience in implementation of Blue Yonder (JDA), o9, SAP, E2open, BluJay & Oracle SCM solutions would be an added advantage
Recommending improvements to rally performance and reduce costs
Coordinating with professionals & clients to implement changes and new systems Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects (e.g. warehouse-slotting, route planning) Assisting with the Transition strategy tracking, creating / presenting reports and presentations showcasing progress against the strategy
Develop supply chain requirements and standards
Discover the most cost-effective solution and execute benchmarking activities
Evaluate supply chain operations according to quality standards
Help foster trusting relationships with business partners
Job Requirements
Mandatory Skills : Graduate with B. Tech / B.E. in any stream or MCA / M. Sc. in Computer Science The candidate must have 3-7
years of relevant experience in a similar role, preferably with a consulting firm
Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) with ability to perform Analysis from large data sets using Alteryx.
Experience in building and presenting dashboards using Power BI / Tableau
Highly articulate with excellent communication and presentation skills
Strategically and commercially minded
Ability to synthe qualitative and quantitative data quickly and draw meaningful insights Ability to create
dashboards, models, trackers, forms etc. would be an added advantage
