What you will be doing
Person will be responsible for global security operation center during his/her shift.
Will ensure 100% uptime of access control and CCTV during his/her shifts
Attend to alarms
Escalate to system teams whenever any system goes offline
Comfortable working in rotational shifts including night shifts.
What you bring:
3+yrs of working knowledge of C cure 9000 or any other Access control ( lanen, Honeywell), video edge, victor and any other cctv system
Strong Communication Skills
