Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall sales for the assigned Region
• Generate leads, manager key customers, payment collection, distributor management and drive overall sales process
• Market intelligence, mapping and budgeting for the FY for allocated region
• Maintaining healthy opportunity pipeline to meet assigned growth targets
• Co-ordinate internally with different stake holders for order processing as well as regulatory requirements

Education Requirements

• Academic : Bachelor Degree in Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Food Technology
• Professional : Sales and Marketing
• Specialization : MBA in Business Development

Experience Requirements

• 2-3 year of work experience in the Field of Probiotics
• Probiotic Sales Food Processing (bakery, dairy,etc), Cosmetic, Household Cleaning segment
• Customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
• Communication skills Spoken and written
• Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Availability to travel as needed.
