Job Description
StarTek is hiring for the Post of Team Leader
Roles & Responsibility
- Should have Excellent Communication skills, Team Management skills, leadership skills Organizational and time-management skills
- proactively to ensure smooth team operations and effective collaboration
- Oversee day-to-day operation, Monitor team performance,. Motivate team members
- Knowledge management, close procedures adherence, compliance adherence, reporting etc.
- To ensure achievement of targets / SLAs defined by the Client by effective management
- Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
Eligibility Criteria
- Should be a Graduate, required 2+ years of BPO experience as Team Lead-Operations
- Excellent verbal and written Communication skill
- Should be familiar with MS-Office( Word, Excel)
- Available to be join in 1 Month
- 6 Day working 1 week off(Rotational)
- Job location - Pune
