Roles & Responsibilities
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid sales pitch to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships Upsell and Upgrade products/services based on Customer requirements Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
Ability to create and deliver conversations tailored to the audience needs English and Hindi should be fluent to communicate other languages are added advantage
Education : Any Graduation
Salary : 21-25K
Shift : Day shift ( Work From Office )
Working : 6 working Days
Experience : 1 year in sales and customer support
Location : HSR Layout
