Desired Candidate Profile


1. Develop and align the strategic marketing plan with the organizational goals
2. Promote and implement programs to increase market awareness and to build physician and patient loyalty to Omni Hospital
3. Collect market intelligence on customer expectations and competitor activities to develop knowledge and expertise on needs, trends, and emerging market issues, including regulatory and economic dynamics
4. Develop and implement branding initiatives in order to build a relationship with channel partners and consumer loyalty initiatives to enhance brand equity and drive growth
5. Create standardized marketing practices and procedures to ensure consistency across all marketing activities
6. Manage public relations activities to promote an image with Omni Hospital that is aligned with the companys mission and values
7. Enhance customer satisfaction and build emotional (brand) connection through targeted communication and planned initiatives
8. Edit and, if appropriate, create marketing content for collateral materials and website
9. Organize special events and other outreach activities
10. Benchmark against best-in-class parameters to develop and align marketing infrastructure and processes in line with the organizational goals
11. Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing communications, brand strength and customer satisfaction and propose course corrections plan where necessary
12. Define the marketing strategy and execution for health care packages, pricing, promotions, and performance in line with the strategic plan
13. Understand and assess market potential for key untapped markets and strategize brand growth
14. Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver the marketing activities within the agreed budget
15. Manage relationships with external marketing partners and media outlets
16. Develop and manage the organizational brand tools and guidelines
17. Monitor and manage the process of empanelling with TPA and Corporates
18. Synchronize with corporate empanelling, TPA and Tariff committees
19. Coordinate with Tariff committees for benchmarking the hospital tariffs
20. Identify the potential sponsors for health camps, CMEs and other outreach events and identify potential sponsors for such events
21. Coordinate the content design and approvals of brochures, pamphlets, ads, articles and display boards for events
22. Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet company core values
23. Proactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departments
24. Perform other activities as assigned.

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
