Senior It Executive

Working knowledge of Hospitality software applications (Opera PMS/ CRS/ Opera S&C/ Micros Simphony POS/ Back Office ERP Financial Accounting, Material Management, Payroll, etc.), hardware and interfaces Expertise in managing Hotel guest, admin and CCTV data network systems Knowledge of LAN and WAN management Proficient knowledge of Server/Desktop/Laptop/Printer Management Working knowledge of E-mail management Working knowledge of EPABX/ Video Conferencing/ CCTV system, etc. Working knowledge of management of application data backup, retrieval and best practices Working knowledge of MS-Office, Lotus Notes Mail, Windows Desktop OS 10 or above, Windows Server OS - 2012/2016, SQL Server 2012/2014/2016 Adequate knowledge of Active Directory, Document Protection, Data Security and File Server support Excellent knowledge of Antivirus systems like Symantec, centralized IT management systems like Altiris, IT service management tools, etc. Exposure to IT compliance, security & quality standards, IT policies and procedures and business continuity processes Familiarity with management of IT related AMCs and SLAs Familiarity with procurement of IT related hardware and software for hotels Excellent communication and relationship skills with ability to collaborate with internal and external customers in high pressure environment
