We have an urgent opening for Senior Executive -HR for Malad Location.
Job Description: 70% recruitment , 30% operations
experience - 2-6 yrs
Salary Budget - 25k - 35k (negotiable)
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Perform reference checks as need
- Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiationg employment terms
- Manage onboarding and new hire process
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Qualifications - Any Graduate or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Skills
2 years of recruiting experience preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
- Preferably candidates from facility recruitment background
