Job Description
Greetings !! We have an Urgent requirement for HR Recruiter (Jr. & Sr.) with a reputed Recruitment Consultancy in Thane west working with it's Pan India and Overseas clients.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow.
- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins.
- Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
- Building New Network, maintaining client relationship, Preparing database, initiating new contacts is Plus - MUST HAVE ATLEAST 1+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE IN IT & NON-IT RECRUITMENT.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing them pertinent information on the job requirement, hiring managers, team environment and client company background.
- Should be proficient with various channels of sourcing Job Portals, Professional networking sites - Social Media, Employee reference.
- Co-ordination with the candidates and clients.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Any Consultancy background candidate is first preference Finding Candidates through Job Portals, shortlisting and scheduling the interviews.
- Ability to work independently and multi task in a fast-paced environment.
- A personality that is able to engage others in conversation and a good listener.
- Must be able to work on MS Office.
- Should be hardworking, self-motivated, diligent and be able to multi-task.
- Ability to meet achievable targets on a regular basis.
- Must have high levels of skill and motivation to search the talent for complex Technical requirements.
- Both Male and Female candidates are welcome.
