Job Description
Location-Sion
The candidate should possess B. Arch or BE civil degree with minimum 4- 5 years working Experience in Mumbai
Candidate should know basic AutoCAD drafting.
The incumbent must have a sound knowledge of development control regulations (DCPR) of Mumbai & Thane.
Candidates with exposure/ experience in Project Management preferred.
Coordinate with all Consultants such as PMC, design architect, liaison architect, structural engineer, MEP engineer, MOEF consultant, etc. (Prior MOEF Compliance experience is a MUST).
To manage and ensure vastu compliances.
Managing timely and accuracy in delivery of drawings.
Preparing Architectural brief and to assist in short listing & appointment of various consultants.
To ascertain project viability from 'sales' & 'applicable DCR viewpoint.
To maintain all drawings & specifications of ongoing and completed projects.
Functional:
Expertise in scrutiny of technical and data & drawings.
Knowledge of Project Management (preferable).
Experience of Consultant coordination and knowledge of Government approval byelaws.
